Today was really cool. We went to see Jeff Lunt's mission farewell. He is going to Manchester, England. He will leave on Thursday and fly directly there. It was bittersweet, though.
I think about how many memories I have with Michelle and her family. She has always been such a great friend to me. She and I have gone through many things together. I have always felt she loved me no matter what. She was almost better than a sister to me. She has never judged me. Now her children are practically grown up. I remember when our boys were babies and we would call each other just to hear another adult and know that things were okay.
She and Danny have not changed over the years. They practically look the same. It's great. I have not been in touch with Michelle enough and I need to change that. We are both busy, but that's no excuse. We will get together with her and Danny and I will renew our friendship. She is one of the best friends I have ever had.
